The apartment is equipped with RICE-WÄSCHEPAKETE (sheets, large and small towels, tea towels and bath mats), and the beds are for you upon arrival, of course, also referred 🙂 However, we ask for your understanding that for bookings ONE WEEK – so far you do not want to bring your own laundry – a fee of 15 Euro per person is required for the provision of the laundry. The corresponding amount can be paid locally.
The beautiful 3 bedroom duplex apartment is located on the end floor of a well maintained and quiet apartment building with elevator and underground parking. A garage parking space is available there. Two to four people can over-night in the two bedrooms on different floors. The upper bedroom has a Samsung cable TV and a radio / CD alarm clock. There is also a desk with EPSON printer and a nice view. Adjacent to the upper bedroom is the bright tiled bathroom with bathtub. Another newly renovated bathroom with shower is located on the lower floor. Right next to the beautiful bathroom is the guest room with a pull-out comfortable couch with slatted frame and a large closet. The bright living room with floor to ceiling windows is equipped with a comfortable couch, a large 55 “Smart TV cable TV and a dining table for up to four people. The brand new modern kitchen has induction cooker, oven, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. This also invites you to cook with regional products on holiday. In the apartment are some board games for families.
