The property can rent both a ground floor apartment for up to 6 people. In addition, a stylish and high quality furnished basement double room for 2 more people. Both the apartment and basement rooms each have a separate entrance. Both are equipped with private bathrooms and have a unique ambience with exclusive designer furniture.

– The check-in time is from 15:00 and 21:00 at the earliest
– Smoking is not allowed
– Please no parties or events. The best bars and clubs are within a three-minute walk.
– You are welcome to sleep late on the day of departure as well, the check-out time is no later than 11. 00 am
– Feel free to feel at home and take off your shoes at the entrance,
– Please keep the apartment tidy and clean and leave in the same condition as you have taken over.
– Close the windows and doors when leaving the room.
