The accommodation
The residence has three large and one small room: living room with access to the terrace, bedroom and dining area, another large and one small bedroom with a private balcony. All rooms are bright and light.
The kitchen is equipped with quality SieMatic furniture. The newly remodeled bathroom has a walk-in shower. A separate guest toilet is also available. The spacious dining room can comfortably accommodate up to six people. All living rooms are equipped with high-quality parquet. The small balcony to the courtyard is the cozy lounge for a little chat among smokers.
Another highlight is the generous south-facing terrace with great views of the park-like gardens. This spot offers you plenty of space to 15 square meters. It is equipped with comfortable furniture and a Weber gas grill. In summer it is the perfect place to end it with a relaxing barbecue by the day with his travel company.
At night you refresh yourself in one of the three cozy and quiet bedroom. The three double beds have the following width: 1.8m / 1.6m / 1.4m. Since the villa is set back, all the rooms are quiet.
In addition, all mattresses are purchased new in 2017 and offers fantastic comfort. (Stiftung Warentest winner). In combination with light down comforters and anti-allergy pillows (with different degrees of hardness) You sleep guaranteed relaxing.
