With the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz on the one hand and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei to the other side, this holiday home convinces with its all around water situation on a narrow promontory surrounded by water. The white sandy beach of the OstseeResort Olpenitz and the Weidefelder sandy beach are just a short walk away.
The view falls through floor-to-ceiling panorama window fronts on beautiful water scenery. On each level, the holiday home has a terrace with harbor views. The highlight: the large 360 ??° roof terrace with all-day sun.
And if you wish a wellness holiday, you will find it here – Finnish sauna and relaxation whirlpool provide relaxation after a long beach walk.
The open-plan, light-filled living and dining area is located on the ground floor of the holiday home. From here you can directly access the adjacent terrace. Breakfast in the morning sun or a shared barbecue – Hafenkino is guaranteed here.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired – all around equipped this allows full holiday comfort.
The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Finnish sauna, whirlpool and fireplace promise comfort in every season and make this holiday home really cuddly – even on Nordic Schietwettertagen.
Additional entertainment is provided by the Smart TV with Telekom home entertainment program.
The relaxation area of ??the house is located on the first floor. In two bedrooms, guests may fall asleep and wake up with a view of the water. The master bedroom faces the harbor and has a double bed. During a morning coffee you can watch sailing ships dropping off on the adjoining terrace. The second bedroom offers a view of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and also has a double bed, which can be extended to another double bed, so that in this room two more adults and two children can be accommodated. Both bedrooms have an additional flatscreen TV.
Also on this level is the fully equipped bathroom with water views.
A guest toilet on the ground floor provides additional comfort.
Directly in front of the house are a parking space and a separate bicycle shed available.
Our favorite place: operate terrace hopping – a morning coffee on the bedroom terrace, sunbathing on the roof terrace and after a long beach walk then the common barbecue on the water terrace on the ground floor initiate – this is holiday!
The holiday home Seestern is a house half.
The OstseeResort Olpenitz and the sailing and marina are located in the development. Therefore, it should be noted that there may be construction activities on the site.
There are different minimum stays at different seasons, which may differ for technical reasons from the specified number of nights. Please ask for a non-binding offer.

– A security deposit of 300 Euros will be reserved on arrival on the credit card. If no credit card is available, the amount can be transferred in advance or paid by EC card upon arrival.
