The Lillehuus convinced by its all around water situation – because with the Ostseefjord Schlei on the one hand and the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz to the other, the house is located on a narrow headland surrounded by water.
Furnished in a modern country house style with vintage accents, arrival and well-being is guaranteed in the well-equipped Lillehuus.
The view falls through floor-to-ceiling panorama window fronts on beautiful water. On each level, the Lillehuus has a terrace with harbor views – equipped with high quality patio furniture, beach chairs and loungers. The highlight: the large 360 ??° roof terrace with all-day sun.
And if you wish a wellness holiday, you will find it here – small Finnish sauna and relaxation whirlpool provide relaxation after a long beach walk.
The open-plan, light-filled living and dining area is located on the ground floor of the holiday home. From here you can directly access the adjacent terrace. Whether at a joint barbecue with Weber electric grill or comfortably in front of the fireplace – Hafenkino is guaranteed here.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired – all around equipped this allows full holiday comfort. Breakfast on the terrace directly on the water with beautiful sunrises – this is holiday!
The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Finnish sauna, whirlpool and stove promise comfort in every season and make the Lillehuus really cuddly – even on Nordic Schietwettertagen. Additional entertainment is provided by the Smart TV with Telekom home entertainment program and DVD / CD player. Even your favorite music can be streamed easily.
The relaxation area of ??the house is located on the first floor. In two bedrooms, guests may fall asleep and wake up with a view of the water. The master bedroom faces the harbor and has a double bed. During a morning coffee you can watch sailing ships dropping off on the adjoining terrace. The second bedroom offers a view of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and has two flexibly collapsible single beds and an additional TV with home entertainment program.
Also on this level is the fully equipped bathroom with water views.
A shower room on the ground floor provides additional comfort.
Directly in front of the house are a parking space and a separate bicycle shed available.
Our favorite place: Prepare delicious holiday snacks in the super-equipped kitchen and enjoy the harbor cinema – served, of course, on the terrace directly on the water … Holiday!
