Three terraces, phenomenal views and a high-quality equipment with fireplace and enlarged Finnish sauna invite you to relax.
On a narrow headland in OstseeResort Olpenitz the holiday home To Huus is located between the oceans on Schlei, Baltic Sea and sailing and marina.
Arrive, feel at home. The inviting living-dining area is open plan and located on the ground floor. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows you can see the reeds of Schleiufer, which sway in the wind, and the Schlei, which offers an unforgettable holiday panorama directly in front of the window. The seating area and the woodburning stove provide comfort and conviviality as well as underfloor heating throughout the property for comfort in every season. Directly adjacent to the living room is the terrace with a romantic guarantee, because from here you can watch fantastic sunsets. Whether at a convivial barbecue with Weber Grill or with a cup of tea and reading, the immediate proximity to nature and the sea makes holiday dreams come true. In the meantime, the Telekom Home Entertainment program, which you can enjoy on the large 55-inch HD television, provides for indoor entertainment.
In the open – top equipped – kitchen holiday meals can be prepared with a view of the Schlei.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and walk-in closet and has a direct sloped view. During a morning coffee, early risers on the adjoining terrace are allowed to enjoy nature, when wild geese, ducks and deer awake. The second bedroom allows the view of the marina and has two single beds, which can be pushed together flexibly. An additional sleeping space is on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area.
Also on the first floor is the bathroom with personal wellness program: a Finnish sauna for two with glass front and water view provides relaxation. For additional comfort, another shower room is available on the ground floor.
Highlight of the holiday home To Huus is the roof terrace with 360 degrees water view. Sunbathing over the things with passing sailing ships on the loop and the harbor cinema of the Marina in view.
In front of the house there is a private parking space and a separate bicycle shed available.
