Seesüchtig? Then this cottage is the right choice, because more water is not. Situated on a narrow promontory between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and marina, this holiday home allows a fantastic view of both waters. Located directly on the Schlei shore, with three terraces, a private spa and large roof terrace, this property promises an unforgettable holiday.
The light-filled living and dining area is located on the ground floor and boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the Schlei. From here you can directly access the terrace adjacent to the nature reserve. At a joint barbecue this scores with south-west orientation and beautiful sunsets.
The kitchen is fully equipped and allows full holiday comfort. The fridge has 120l capacity.
The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Finnish sauna, whirlpool and fireplace promise comfort in every season. Other amenities include UHD TV with home entertainment program, Blu-Ray player and Bluetooth sound system.
The relaxation area of ??the house is located on the first floor. In two bedrooms, guests may fall asleep and wake up with a view of the water. The master bedroom is furnished with a bow and has a double bed. During a morning coffee, ducks, geese and oystercatchers can be watched waking up on the adjoining terrace, while Schilfufer’s reeds are shallow in the wind. The second bedroom overlooks the marina and has two flexibly collapsible single beds and an additional flatscreen TV. Especially comfortable: the walk-in wardrobe.
Another sleeping place is available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area of ??the house.
On the first floor is the bathroom with Schleiblick. Finnish sauna with water view and whirlpool bath make SPA hearts beat faster.
For extra comfort, another shower room on the ground floor.
The whole object is equipped with screen doors.
The highlight of this holiday home is the roof terrace with all around water views and a luxurious beach chair. For all-day sunshine you can enjoy Schleitreiben and Hafenkino – phenomenal views to the Baltic Sea guaranteed.
Our favorite place: relax in the beach chair on the roof terrace and enjoy the fun.
Directly in front of the house are two parking spaces and a private garden shed available (for bicycles, strollers, etc.).
