The price includes gas, electricity, water, parking, pets, Wi-Fi and use of the jetty.
For the final cleaning we charge EUR 70. This already includes a discount for the original price of EUR 90.

The house is superbly equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4 – 5 persons; Dog owners are of course welcome.
It offers an integrated built-in kitchen, which leaves no wish unfulfilled. A large flat screen TV, WiFi access and small sauna are also featured. The floor to ceiling windows in the living rooms allow a view of the balcony and the water surface and give the impression you had on a ship.
You have a fantastic view of the harbor of Olpenitz. The approximately 30 m2 large roof terrace invites for sunbathing and allows a magnificent view of the Schlei. On the balcony off the living room you can enjoy the sunset.
At the house there is a jetty, where you can vertauen your boat.
A travel cot with mattress and a high chair on request available for our younger guests.
A car park is available to be used by you.
The former naval base Olpenitz is developed for the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz. The section in the area of ??Schlei dam on which they are located apartments, is largely completed.
