A small sandy beach is just a few metres away from the Baltic Sea Resort called Olpenitz and also a kilometre-long, DLRG maintained Baltic Sea beach that stretches till Schönhagen is located nearby. This holiday apartment is modern and comfortably equipped and almost all the rooms in this apartment provide a view of the waters. The nearby area of these homes is the construction site and the property includes a temporary parking lot. Children must be carefully supervised due to the ongoing construction activities. Other discounts are excluded. *** The Baltic Sea is located near this home, but as the strength of the waves in the region have not yet been determined, this region is not officially open for swimming. There is a small bay located just 500 metres from this home and the kilometre-long Baltic Sea Beach that stretches till Schönhagen and maintained by DLRG is quickly accessible from here. The entire family can enjoy swimming in the shallow bay waters.
