The floating house stands on a pontoon in the marina of Olpenitz, right on the Baltic Sea. The home is comfortably reachable through a footbridge. Both the bedrooms are located right over the water; hence you will feel as though the house is rocking like a cradle. First thing in the morning, you can enjoy the view of glistening waves. Next to the bedrooms, there is a modern shower room with a private sauna, which is one of the highlights of this house. The huge, open and bright living area is reachable through a staircase. There is also a modern kitchen area on the top floor. This floor is designed like a loft without a wall and is especially bright and inviting due to its ceiling-high, panoramic windows. From the living room as well as the terrace in front, enjoy a view of the surrounding water. Relish a relaxing breakfast in the fresh air on the high-quality furniture. Another highlight of this floating house is on the roof of this home, which is the fantastic sun deck, from where you can enjoy the bustle of the sailboats passing on water. Enjoy the cool breeze on water in summer or snuggle comfortably on a sofa with a view of the autumn storm from the windows that is brewing outside. These floating houses provide a special holiday experience in any season. You can warm yourselves in the sauna after a long walk along the beach and in summer, you can enjoy at the swimming pier of the marina of Olpenitz which is a short distance away by walking. Also the kilometres-long, DLRG-guarded sandy beach that extends till Schönhagen is located nearby. As the price system of this resort is very flexible, it is ideal for any kind of holiday, such as, a spontaneous short trip, a long weekend, long, relaxing summer holiday or just a break in quieter seasons, especially when the Baltic Sea Beaches offer a lot of space and the homes become very cosy. The new holiday resort is built on the former army grounds in Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares and is surrounded by nature. *** Please note that the Olpenitz Baltic Sea Resort is still under construction. Restaurants and cafes are not available and most of the access roads are not connected to the main routes yet. The direct view of Baltic Sea is naturally pristine, wonderful and priceless, but some of the spots (towards the mainland and over the Schlei) lack the view as the property is still under construction. The area near the house is also under construction and the property includes a parking place that is available temporarily. Children must be carefully supervised due to the ongoing construction activities. Rental price is calculated based on the construction stage.
