The floating house extends over three levels. Upstairs is the open-plan living and dining area with water view, fully equipped kitchen and adjacent terrace. From here you get to the spectacular roof terrace with views over the sailing and marina, the Schlei and its mouth in the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and Weber electric grill the terraces offer pure holiday feeling and breathtaking sunsets.
The relaxation area of ??the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom scores with a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window, through which the breathtaking water can be enjoyed and an adjacent surrounding terrace. Both bedrooms have an additional TV.
Of course, when you take a sauna or brush your teeth, you will also see the sea and swans swimming by.
A private parking space is located directly on the jetty.
The OstseeResort Olpenitz is a facility without through traffic.
