In the middle of the Baltic Sea, on a narrow promontory between wind and waves, the Baltic Sea on the one, the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz located on the other side, there is this beautiful holiday home. Relax over the waves or fill the sunshine on the harborside – two balconies will make holiday heart beat faster, while a Finnish sauna with a view of the water provides for the private wellness program.
The self contained apartment wind and water is located on the second floor and is easily reached by elevator. Above the things there is a spectacular view of the Baltic Sea, the estuary and the lighthouse as well as the marina of the OstseeResort. Each room has balcony. Wooden flooring and underfloor heating offer full holiday comfort.
The open-plan living and dining area invites you to sit back and relax with a cozy sitting area and a large dining table. The panoramic waterfront offers holiday entertainment in every season: passing sailing ships, gulls, spray and waves, lighthouse, beach and harbor cinema – what do you want sea?
The main bedroom is facing the Baltic Sea and offers a direct view of the balcony as well as a unique view of the water. In the morning coat before the door kick and start to the day only Ostseelust sniffing … Here dreams come true. The second bedroom faces Marina and also has its own balcony access. Both bedrooms have mosquito screens.
The fully equipped bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower provides maritime wellness moments every time of the year. In the Finnish sauna, you can relax deeply and the adjoining south-facing balcony offers sunshine all day long.
