The floating houses are built on pontoons and are easily to reach via a footbridge. The two bedrooms are located directly above the water so on windy days you will gently fall asleep by the cradle of the house and in the morning the view falls first to the glittering waves. Even the comfortable bathroom is on this floor.Use the staircase to reach the light-filled living area with modern kitchenette upstairs. The floor is loft-like designed without walls and particularly bright and welcoming thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. From here the eye falls naturally on the water. You can reach the large front terrace from the living room with quality garden furniture for relaxing breakfasts in the sun. Above all, perched on the roof, the great sun deck, from where you can enjoy the bustle of passing sailboats particularly well. During summer, enjoy the cool breeze on the water or snuggle comfortably into the sofa while outside your window a storm whips up the water – the floating houses are a very special holiday experience for every season!Please note that the resort area is still under construction.
