The floating house is divided into three levels. The relaxation area of ??the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom scores with an extra-long box spring double bed, a floor-to-ceiling panorama window front and an adjoining terrace. Upstairs is the open-plan living and dining area with water view, fully equipped kitchen and adjacent terrace. From here you get to the spectacular roof terrace with views over the sailing and marina, the Schlei and its mouth in the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and Weber electric grill, the terraces offer pure holiday feeling – Harbor cinema guaranteed.
If the Baltic Sea shows her temperament and it gets rough outside, then it becomes all the more comfortable in the floating house – underfloor heating, Finnish sauna, dimmable lighting, comfortable boxspring beds, a TV in the living-dining area and one in each bedroom provide for relaxation and coziness in front of natural scenery ,
