The large living / dining area on the ground floor with integrated fully equipped kitchen and a large kitchen island invite you to eat and socialize. For coffee enjoyment you will find in the kitchen a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. Through the large, floor-to-ceiling terrace windows you have a wonderful view of the harbor cinema and at the same time access to the large sun terrace.
The round stove between living room and dining area gives the room a special atmosphere. You can watch the fascinating flame play through the large panoramic glass from the sofa as well as from the kitchen and the dining area. Especially in the cold winter days, the stove spreads a cuddly feel-good atmosphere with pleasant warmth.
In the entrance area are next to the cloakroom also a shower room with toilet and the stairs, from which you get to the upper floor.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a very spacious bathroom. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with double beds and two bedrooms have 40 inch LED TVs. All bedrooms have sea views and black-out curtains. The large bedroom also has large balcony doors that open onto the balcony overlooking the harbor and the Baltic Sea.
The very spacious bathroom with large bathtub overlooking the sea, a rain shower, a large vanity for two and toilet also has a large Finnish sauna. Especially on colder days, the bath becomes an oasis of well-being, and with a view of the sea, you can dream about the waves while you sweat.
The entire house has been furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is coordinated and well equipped, so you will not miss anything.
In the garden house available in addition to the two existing high-quality Holland bicycles, the garden furniture and the firewood place. The cars park in front of the house on the two parking spaces. The nearest beach is less than 100 meters away and within walking distance.
