It is one of four beautiful apartments in our beachfront villa in California. You decide whether you prefer to prefer an apartment with balcony or terrace.
The apartments are bright and have an optimal south-west location. Each of the apartments have been furnished with great attention to detail, so that our guests can spend their holiday in the Baltic Sea comfortably and comfortably.
Each of our apartments has a bedroom with double bed, a hallway, a bathroom and a living room with integrated fitted kitchen and a corner sofa for extra sleeping.
The open plan living and dining area with modern kitchen invites you to linger. The living room has a sofa (approx 130x200cm), which provides as needed for extra sleeping space.
Electrical appliances include: 42 inch HDTV LCD TV, CD stereo with iPod docking station, Blu-Ray DVD player and free Wi-Fi internet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and hand blender.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) with high quality 7-zone cold foam mattress, two bedside tables and a wardrobe (150 x 200 cm).
The living room in the apt. 1 not only convinced the younger generation. The successful mix of white high gloss furniture to decorations and accessories in turquoise provide a cozy atmosphere.
GARDEN
On our 3500 m² site you will find a practical idyllic orchard garden with garden furniture, a bicycle shed and parking spaces for cars.
Here you can sheltered the autumn, winter and spring sun enjoy when you return home from your bicycle or walk on the beach.
We rent the bikes.

You can wonderfully with the bike to Laboe drive right on the dike (about 14km).
Laboe is right on the cusp between Kiel Fjord and the open sea.
