Our semi-detached house from 1992 was completely renovated in 2017 and lovingly furnished. It contains two bedrooms each with a double bed and once with a baby crib and a third bedroom with bunk beds.
All bedrooms are upstairs next to the newly renovated modern shower room.
We have both tiled and laminate floors and are deliberately low-allergen furnishings.
The ground floor is the newly renovated living-dining area with fireplace, underfloor heating, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. On the adjoining terrace with glass roof you can relax in absolute peace. Everything is equipped for up to 6 people.
The fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher includes everything generous for a low-maintenance holiday.
In addition, in the adjacent newly renovated guest toilet, a new washing machine and a new dryer are available. The heating system was also renewed in the last reconstruction work.
At the house are both a private parking lot and a large shed, where you are welcome to deposit your bikes or strollers.
The house is within walking distance of about 15 minutes to the sea, the town center and the supermarket. In the immediate vicinity is the trotting course and the indoor swimming pool.
