Property Description
Our semi-detached house is situated in a pedestrianized residential area in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the state forest and the Hooksieler Binnentief. This can be reached, as well as the place with its good infrastructure, by bike in a few minutes. The house is placed on the approximately 240 square meters of landscaped grounds ideal way that you can make use of the garden on the north side as a seat next to the south terrace, should it be too hot on the south side. It has a floor space of about 70 square meters, spread over 2 levels and is designed plus an infant for 1-4 people. All windows have blinds, the windows in the bedrooms additionally provided with insect screens As we often use our holiday home itself, we have placed the emphasis on comfort. The loving furniture and the complete equipment also allow you a pleasant stay. On the ground floor of our house there is a small hallway, one straight enters the guest bathroom and to the right in the large kitchen, dining and living area from where. Over the half-turn staircase leads to the upper floor, where a double room with large wardrobe, satellite TV with DVD, a twin room with cot (140 x 70), changing table, Children’s Bedding (on request for a fee) and sliding closet and a bathroom with shower / WC and washing machine are located.
Maybe you will be able to explore the surrounding area with bicycles or a wagon for the little ones, which we will of course provide free of charge. You’ll be amazed at what there is in addition to the beach to see everything!
For the active vacationer in Hooksiel and Nahbereich u. a. following leisure activities: swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing, horseback riding, guided bike tours, mudflat hiking, water skiing, hiking, tennis, canoeing, bowling, golf (Wilhelmshaven -9 km), high ropes course (Wiefelstede -35km), amusement parks (Nordseespielstadt, Hohenkirchen – 8 km, Störtebeker Park, Wilhelmshaven -10 km).
Please note that due to organizational reasons, we only rent the property during the main season on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday!
