This apartment is situated on the first floor of a beautiful Austrian apartment building with lift and in a beautiful location directly by the Nassfeld ski piste. The holiday home is neatly and modernly furnished and has room for up to 4 people, two of which on the sofa bed. From the living room you have access to the balcony. During the winter you can go straight to the ski piste and during the summer this is a starting point for many hikes, climbs, mountain bike tours and much more in the gorgeous mountain world of beautiful Nassfeld. There are a number of restaurants and bars in the direct vicinity, but the recently renovated swimming pool with sauna will also offer you some wonderful relaxation after a day in the mountains. The ski school is also around the corner. The Pendolino summer toboggan run is nearby and you can enjoy the excitement offered by this run. The Nassfeldpass and the many beautiful mountain roads are a true paradise for motorcyclists. There are many possibilities for excursions from here, for example to Italy; you can drive to Venice in 2 hours. Swimming is possible in the Presseggersee near Hermagor, at about 20 km distance. There’s a reserved parking space directly next to the house. Enjoy your holiday in the healthy mountain air and relax in this beautiful area.
