Not far from the Netherlands, amidst the gorgeous hills and forests of the German Eifel region, stands this holiday home, Maxi Morgenwald. Maxi Morgenwald offers luxury and space for groups of up to eight people, has two floors, and its own enclosed garden. Morgenwald is located in Ramscheid, a village high in the hills that consists of a church, a few farms, and residences. The home is located on a dead-end street that turns into a trail through the woods. Stunning hikes and bike trips can be started from the home. There are very few people to encounter: the company you keep will often be deer, foxes, many species of birds of prey, and other wildlife. In the summer, you can swim and sail in the area’s artificial lakes. In the winter, there are (cross-country) skiing trails with lifts two kilometres from the house. Morgenwald is also a great starting point for those who love cultural activities and large cities. Aachen, Bonn, Monschau, and Cologne are all an hour’s drive away. The drive to Trier, the Moselle, and the Ahr region is a bit longer, but also quite worth it. Children can easily entertain themselves in the house, the garden, the safe village, and the surroundings. Your pets are welcome, too. It consists of a ground floor and a first floor. Lower floor Charming and spacious living area with large dining/reading table, comfortable sofa, fireplace, satellite TV with Dutch channels, stereo tower speakers with DVD player. Kitchen with electric hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine, and dryer. The conservatory has doors that open out onto the spacious terrace (20 m2). Upper floor 4 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 2 rooms with 2 separable beds. Plenty of closet space. If desired, a cot with linens can be provided. Second bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. There is central heating in all living, bath, and bedroom areas as well as the kitchen. Garden The garden is spacious, shielded from wind, and has a number of fruit trees. A fence surrounds the garden, so that children and dogs can play outside freely. You can make use of the nice garden chairs, loungers, a table, a large sunshade and a barbecue.
