This apartment has just been renovated. The bathroom with shower and toilet (large daylight window) has been completely renovated and offers, although it is very close, plenty of storage space. A hair dryer is available. The new kitchen has been installed and is fully equipped with tableware for 12 persons, dishwasher, 4-burner stove (ceramic), oven, microwave, coffee machine (Senseo), toaster, kettle, a large fridge-freezer and a washing machine. A dryer is located in the house and can be used free of charge by our guests. Living room and bedrooms overlook the street, but are not visible from the outside. The bedroom has two single bunk beds (90×200 cm, sturdy enough for adults) and a box-spring double bed (2x90x200 cm) and plenty of ways to accommodate your clothes, both hanging and in drawers. TV and BluRay player are also available. The bedroom is very spacious and has for dimming exterior blinds. The living room has two large sofas, one of which as a generous bed can be used (with mattress) (140×200 cm). Here there is also a 49 “LEDTV with BluRay player and a small desk and plenty of ways to accommodate your belongings. For our guests we offer Italian Italian TV channels (via cable). This apartment is equipped for up to 6 people and is located in the front building of the property, accessible via 5 steps. Since the Schröderstraße is one-way, the traffic here keeps very limited. The parking here are highly sought after, as they are very expensive but during the day in front of the house (1 EUR / hour), you can always find a place to hide or to invite the car for arrival and departure. We offer nearby private parking at the price of 30 EUR / week. Our house also offers a patio with enough shady seats that are available to our guests. Altogether there are 5 apartments in this house, so you’ll probably have a place with us, if this property is already booked for the dates. Just ask for simple.
