Property Description
The apartment is spread over 2 levels, which are connected with 6 stairs. It is suitable for up to 5 persons and can be reached via the inner courtyard of the old listed building. It is very quiet and in the yard /garden area there are tables and chairs available. In bedroom 1 there are two single beds (90×200 cm) and in bedroom 2 there is now a large double bed (180×200 cm, previously only 140×200 cm). The living room has a large couch that can be used as a single bed (80×200 cm). As there is no connected room, this living room can also be used as another bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for 12 people, Dishwasher, 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Senseo), toaster, kettle and two large refrigerators. Wireless Internet access, cable TV and a hi-fi stereo system are also provided. All 3 rooms have a TV and a sink with hot and cold water, so that queues in the bathroom are very reduced. For the summer we provide for each room an air conditioner, so it is not too warm. In the bathroom you will find a big shower, the toilet and hand basin and a washing machine. A hair dryer is available in every room. A cloth dryer is located in the house and can be used free of charge.
