The house consists of two apartments that are located on the ground floor and 1st floor. This allocation is suitable for two befriended families, accompanying grandparents or extended families. The flats have plenty of space while each has its own private areas. Enjoy an impressive view of the Sauerland from the private roof terrace or the balcony. Use the large fenced-in garden for sunbathing while the children can let off some steam. The beautiful landscape allows for numerous activities like long hikes, cycling tours, walks and excursions in the local area. You can reach cycling and hiking trails within a few minutes, such as the renowned Nordic walking routes or the game reserve in Dodenau. Additional excursions in the area include the Edersee, the Kellerwald region, the Sauerland region or the university town of Marburg. You will find peace and relaxation any time of the year here and enjoy a successful holiday.
