Property Description
It is a newly renovated, bright 100sqm apartment old building in the heart of Hamburg! The compound of klassichem Art Nouveau charm (high ceilings, stucco, pitch pine) with upscale, modern facilities in the bathrooms and retro modern chic at furniture gives the apartment a special vintage charm that radiates coziness.
The apartment is divided into 2 levels: the living room and bedroom floor with the bathrooms is available exclusively to guests!
There are 3 fully equipped bedrooms, each with double bed.
The cozy living room with a large home cinema system (incl. Pay TV, hard disk recorder) equipped. Here, if necessary. 2 more people on a comfortable sofa bed to stay (extra charge € 35 pp / night).
Guests share 1 superbly appointed, modern bathroom and 1 additional guest bathroom.
On the lower level is a spacious kitchen and dining area as well as our private rooms. We are rarely in Hamburg, but in these cases we would use the kitchen in between also. (Nevertheless, it is in the living area complete in itself!).
Guest Interaction
The apartment / rooms is available to guests and for the whole period available, but we will be happy to provide advice at the keys.
The neighborhood
Rotherbaum is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Hamburg! The central location, the beautiful Art Nouveau town houses and the countless cultural possibilities can each actually only delight!
The fair, the university, the great Planten and Blomen, the beautiful Alster, the lively Grindelviertel that sceney Schanze and Karo district with many entertainment and shopping options -buchstäblich everything at the door (on foot in a few minutes)!
means of transport
The apartment is centrally located and is easily accessible by many public transport: The Dammtor Station is just 600m away and therefore within walking distance. The M4 and M5 buses stop just around the corner (stop “Staatsbibliothek”); to the S / U-Bahn Sternschanze is 1 km.

We want cosmopolitan, cultured guests that civilized behave and for our neighbors no harassment represent (no party groups, etc.). Smoking only at the door / on the terrace. No pets. Baden only at night, so no one has to wait a long morning 🙂
