From the balcony (20m long), which surrounds the entire corner building, one has a phenomenal view of the park opposite, the courts, the town hall, the TV tower but also the harbor cranes. The lower level has a bathroom and another separate shower and two bedrooms. From the entrance, a staircase leads up to the right where there is a living area with a large sofa and TV. Left you get behind the toilet in the dining area with open kitchen. Behind it is another bedroom. The apartment has been refurbished freshly renovated.

The apartment is generally rented completely.
District overview
In the building are predominantly law firms and tax consultants. On the upper floor there is another guest apartment. For corporate events, a lease of both areas is possible. Behind the house are pretty quiet streets and a café serving breakfast. Creative shops and other cafes and restaurants are there 2 min. walking in the pool street. Two buildings further behind the Chamber of Crafts is one of Hamburg’s most famous Italian “Michelangelo” where Hamburg’s celebrities like the Klitschkos and various actors go in and out.

The bus stop “Handwerkskammer” is located directly at the house. It is 5-7 minutes to the subway exhibition halls as well as Gänsemarkt. The subway St. Pauli is about 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment is a Non smoking apartment with integrated extinguishing system. The outdoor area (balcony) is ideal for smoking, but is in the rooms explicit smoking ban. The fire extinguishing system is equipped with extinguishing powder and tenants are responsible for the triggering of the system and the resulting damage.
