On about 55 square meters you will find our appealingly modern two-room apartment with living room and bedroom and hall, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a large balcony.
The light-flooded large living room with dining area offers everything you need for a relaxing stay with us: A cozy sofa with additional sleep function (unfolded 1.40 m wide) and a chair, a TV, DVD player, radio / CD player, a small book selection, DVDs and various board games. The dining area offers space for four people at the cozy wooden table.
From the living room leads to the beautiful large balcony with seating area and a dream view of Hagen.
The bedroom is cozy and modern and offers a wardrobe and the 1.60 m large double bed with bedside tables also room for a baby bed, which can be set up on request.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for your stay. In addition to a dining table for two to three people, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle is also a microwave and all dining and cooking utensils available.
The renovated bath (hair dryer available) is separated from the toilet.
In the hallway you will find a cloakroom as well as a shoe cabinet and a mirror.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the city center, on the first floor of a two-family house. In front of the house are enough parking spaces available. The apartment is well connected to public transport and is centrally located. Of course, you will also have free Wi-Fi access during your stay.

Public transport can be reached within a few minutes on foot, the A1 motorway can be reached in about 5-7 minutes by car. The main train station is only about 15-20 minutes away.
