We would be pleased to welcome you as a guest in our apartment! It is freshly renovated, friendly, bright and invites you to feel good. It is a full equipment, so that a rental for longer periods is possible. The apartment includes a parking space for your vehicle and a balcony where you can enjoy warm summer days. As it is a Non smoking apartment is of course the balcony with ashtray for smoking breaks.

The motorway access of the A44 between Bochum and Dortmund is within a short distance (1 KM) reachable without the highway to see or hear.
The train station Witten Annen Nord is within walking distance in 11 min (900 m). From there you can take the S5 via Witten Mitte to Hagen or Dortmund. From Witten Mitte you have access to Hagen and Bochum-Essen-Duisburg-Dusseldorf.
In the immediate vicinity is a bus stop the line 375 with connection to the Wittener city center the Wittener Hbf and the UNI Bochum as terminal. At the station you can use the line 320 with destination via Witten-Innenstadt and Herbede to Sprockhövel. Along the way lies the Hohenstein and the remarkable castle Blankenstein, from both places you have a wonderful view of the Ruhr valley you can enjoy.

To the flat:
The apartment is available for up to 4 people. It is located in the bedroom a 1.60 m wide box spring and in the living room a professional sofa bed with metal bed frame and 15 cm high gel mattress (mattress 1.30 m). In addition, the apartment is equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi and a sound system. In the bedroom an office table was provided for light office activities. In the kitchen is a fitted kitchen equipped with stove, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and small dishwasher. In addition, you will find a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and for the quick hot cup in between a Senseo pad machine. In the hall you will find a storage room in which both household items and food can be stored. The apartment is located in the 4th. Upstairs and is easily reached by a lift. On the floor there are a few steps, so that a rental wheelchair users is unfortunately not possible.
