The spacious and beautifully furnished apartment is on the second floor, is about 60 square meters and leaves little to be desired. Leave your car in the apartment own parking space directly in front of the house. To reach the apartment comfortable and accessible by lift.
Our apartment consists of a living / dining area with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The bright living room invites a leather suite, to make yourself comfortable with flat screen TV, stereo, various books, games and CDs. The underfloor heating on cooler days for your well-being and our stove provides for the appropriate mood to do so. Breakfast can be enjoyed at our extra large dining table in a light-filled glass bay. You accompanied an unobscured south and west.
Our bathroom invites you to linger. Enjoy relaxing moments in a highlight of our holiday and let us pamper you, z. B. in our whirlpool bath or in the house’s sauna.
Treat yourself to a few days off with the family at the revitalizing sea air and take advantage of the hassle free versatile and natural environment. A beach chair on the south beach, we have already reserved for you during the summer months. On sunny days you can enjoy on our large balcony with south-west facing the sun but, perhaps in a game or even a glass of wine.
Possibly is also the joint holiday with friends or relatives for you at the center. Our apartment has many uses. Try it out for yourself.

In the bathroom and living room has underfloor heating.
The sofa bed: Ausziehvariante about 115 x 200 cm (ideal for 1 adult) or 135 x 190 cm (suitable for 2 children). All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains.

Our vacation home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy-friendly. We offer a smoke- and pet-free accommodation with carpet floors or short pile free floor coverings. We provide you with the mite reduction protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows are available. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.
