Welcome to our new Apartment (Brand New March 2015). An excellent location, offers a harmonious retreat. Start the day with a sunny breakfast on the balcony, enjoy the view of the countryside or stroll the few meters to the beach boardwalk to South Beach. Apartment no. 11 is located in the second Floor of the house “ocean waves” in the beach park Grossenbrode. The apartment is conveniently accessible by lift. A private parking is located in front of the house.
The apartment has a coherent and bright living / dining area.
This is equipped with a comfortable floor heating. The comfortable sofa and armchair invite you to relax. A fireplace during the cooler season for romance and additional comfort in the home. A TV with a connected Bluray player and MP3 / CD radio with USB connectivity provide media entertainment.
Wireless internet is available in the entire apartment available for you. It also provides guests with a CD, DVD, books and games available.
Floor to ceiling windows surround the dining area and offer a cozy atmosphere. The large, rectangular dining table offers enough space for 4 people. From here you can look to the Baltic Sea. A high chair is of course ready for the little ones in the house.
The open kitchen is integrated in the living area. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with integrated freezer. In addition, you have a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Ample crockery, cutlery and glasses (also for younger guests) are available. The kitchen also includes even cookware and various small parts.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The Larger is equipped with a comfortable double bed, sliding closet and TV. The children’s room has a bunk bed and a baby travel bed with extra mattress. In addition, the children are books, games and beach toys available. Duvets and pillows are available for you in the apartment. The windows in both rooms are equipped with pleated blinds, blackout curtains and mosquito nets.
In the bathroom, heated floors and towel radiator for comfortable warmth provide. Relax with a soothing rain shower. Also still there are a hairdryer, a washing machine and a footstool for the little ones for you. Due to the large sliding door takes you from the living room to the spacious balcony. Relax in one of four comfortable chairs.
In the nursery and living room all ground-level sockets are provided with parental controls.
The balcony is oriented to the north-east.
Please note that this is a Non smoking apartment.
From May to September, we offer you a free beach chair on the south beach on which you can use at will. From the house Meeresrauschen you can reach the beach promenade in about 5 minutes walk to the beach center. Here you get everything for your daily needs (In the winter months, you will get everything you need in the center).

Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100,00 Euro deposit payable in advance. This will be refunded after departure. Electricity / water / heating are included. Parking is free.
Please note: The apartment is located in a newly built beach park. The construction phase is not yet completed, so it may be possible for construction to take place during your stay. For this reason, we have calculated reduced rental rates. Please understand that we can not recognize subsequent complaints.
