Property Description
The Apartment Living-In-Quality is located in one of the oldest houses in Graz, built in 1662 and completely refurbished in 2016. The house in the middle of the old town of Graz and its old venerable gate to explore the surrounding shops, restaurants and attractions opens and invites. So you can reach the town hall, arsenal, marble island, art house, Joanneum or the castle hill in a few steps. The apartment was newly furnished in November 2016 and the location in the house is on the 2nd floor in the courtyard aligned, so it is pleasantly quiet and bright in the rooms. The apartment has an entrance hall, bathroom with toilet and a kitchen and can only be accessed via the staircase. Our bed is 180x200cm in size and if necessary, our couch can be used as a pull-out bed additionally. Internet with WiFi and TV with satellite are available in the apartment. Coffee, tea, towels and bed linen are included in the price.
