Property Description
The Living-In-Quality apartment is located in one of the oldest houses of Graz, built in 1662 and renovated in 2016. The house is located in the heart of Graz’s old town and opens its old venerable gateway to explore the surrounding shops, restaurants and sights. They can reach the town hall, Zeughaus, Murinsel, Kunsthaus, Joanneum or the Schloßberg in a few steps. The apartment was newly furnished in November 2016 and the location in the house is on the 3rd floor in the inner courtyard, thereby it is in the rooms pleasant quiet and bright. The apartment has an entrance hall, bathroom with toilet and a living room and can only be reached via the staircase. Our bed is 180x200cm in size and if required, our couch can be used as a pull-out bed in addition. Internet with WiFi and TV with SAT are available in the apartment. Coffee, tea, towels and bed linen are included in the price.
