The Ostseehof Langfeld is a so-called “Angeliter Vierseithof” from the 18th Century. It is only three minutes by bike from the Baltic Sea on the edge of the nature reserve Geltinger Birk. The farm is one of the few remaining half-timbered buildings in the region. The old buildings and the unique location on a slight hill overlooking the fields on the 800 meters distant Baltic Sea, make the charm of the area.
The Gaulsche Hof was built in 1905 and blends harmoniously into the overall system of the Ostseehof Langfeld. In 2017/18 he was completely renovated with the associated stables. The result is a spacious holiday home with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a magnificent view over the fields to the Baltic Sea and the lighthouse of Falshöft. For modern standards provide television, stereo and Wi-Fi, as well as located in the opposite cowshed sauna with relaxation room.
If you would like to accommodate larger groups, you have the option of renting four more houses: the Backhaus, the Westerscheune, the Gaul’schen Hof and the acceptance. A meeting and entertainment room is also available. The Geltinger bay is located near the Danish border in the middle of the fishing region, which counts with its hilly landscape, its yellow rapeseed fields and long beaches to the most beautiful holiday regions of Germany. Nestled between the Baltic Sea and Schlei fishing is far away from the tourist Baltic Sea strongholds.
Instead of apartment buildings, this is lined with thatched roof cottages, family houses, smaller and larger mansions. The beaches are but not overpopulated. The diversity of the landscape makes the area attractive. There is a wide range of riding, sailing and surfing courses in the area. The nature conservation beloved Geltinger Birk invites to extended hikes and bicycle tours. The Viking village Haitabu, the castle Glücksburg and many other attractions are worth a trip even in bad weather.
