The apartment (2) has a triple room with SAT / TV-DU-WC balcony. A twin room with shower toilet -TV balcony with panoramic views of the Zillertal Alps.
Our cozy house is located in a sunny south facing position with a wonderful panoramic view in the whole Zillertal.
Family friendly atmosphere, ideal for summer and winter holidays, self-catering.
Each room with shower toilet and balcony and TV. Electricity, heating, toilet paper, towels, and tea towels are included in the price.

The ski area Spieljoch can be reached in about 5 minutes by car from the Haus Bergheim. The ski area Hochfügen / Hochzillertal can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. A lit toboggan run is just a 7-minute walk away.
The adventure spa Zillertal in Fügen can be reached in about 5 minutes by car from the Haus Bergheim.

Erlebnistherme, outdoor swimming pools u. Lakes: Wonderful open-air swimming pools and bathing lakes offer big and small guests a pleasant refreshment and plenty of bathing fun. There is a swimming lake in Schlitters with beach volleyball court and plenty of space for children. The Erlebnisanlage Aufenfeld in Aschau with many attractions such as skate park, western village, trampoline, etc., as Dorado for active water rats from near and far. The outdoor swimming pool with an adventure spa in Fügen invites you to action-packed slides – on Zillertal’s longest water slide and many other activities. Cozy and with a large lawn, the new Badewelt presents itself in Stumm.
Hiking and climbing: Zillertal: The valley, about 40 km east of Innsbruck, takes its name from the Ziller River. It is the most technically accessible Tyrolean side valley. The people who live here call it the ‘most active valley in the world’. And that is no accident. For incredible 1,000 km of hiking trails and 850 km bike and mountain bike trails lead along clear streams in mountain and forest. Guided high mountain and climbing tours with experienced guides is something for those who are looking for a very special challenge.
