Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 600 m, indoor swimming pool 3.5 km, thermal baths “Erlebnistherme Fügen” 3.5 km, bathing lake 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, ski bus stop 300 m. Ideal starting point for walkers, mountain bikers and for toboganning. When snow conditions are good and you are a good skier, then you can ski straight from the house to the ski lift. Stove heating (sufficient wood at the house, with excessive consumption EUR 10 per delivery to be paid on spot), electrical and oil radiators.
