It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, living room with a southwest-facing balcony and a modern bathroom. The laminate floors make it suitable for allergy sufferers. There are parking spaces on the premises. Shopping facilities, a bakery, the butcher’s as well as restaurants are within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, beautiful mountain pastures and forests invite you to go hiking and skiing in winter. A cycling/walking track (a decommissioned railway) will inspire you, too, to have an active and relaxing holiday. You can borrow bicycles from the landlord. In addition, well marked Nordic Walking trails and numerous hiking trails round off the extensive leisure opportunities. An additional ground floor "guest room for 2 people – with bathroom and balcony" can be booked upon request.
