Cozy apartment in Brotterode-Trusetal in Thuringia. Kitchen, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed. The apartment is accessible on the ground floor and is therefore suitable for all those who do not want or can not climb stairs. The apartment is also suitable for wheelchair users, who are not quite attached to the wheelchair because the bathroom is not adapted to disabled people. Apart from that you have direct access to the garden from the apartment and to the new and large terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun.
Pets, whether dog, cat or horse (riding stable 800m) are also welcome.
The apartment consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are connected to the central heating. With us, the heating is available all year round, so that even in cooler summers has a cozy warmth. The bedroom has the double bed, large wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and a mirror. In the living room there is the sleeping sofa, 2 armchairs radio and flat screen TV with DVD player and a table. In the kitchen there is a dining table 4 chairs, refrigerator, kitchenware, stove with ceramic hob and baking oven coffee machine, water cooker and sufficient dishes and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
Note: Vacuum cleaner, charcoal, cot and everything you do not always needed is available, but is stored outside the holiday apartment, if required simply questions- landlord lives on the other side of the house.
Garden with terrace, meadow and barbecue. Terrace furniture for 4 persons as well as sunbathing are available.
The holiday apartment is non-smoking. Smokers send welcome, but have to smoke outside the door. There is a canopy, in case it rains. Otherwise the terrace is available. Pets are welcome. Note that in the vicinity of the end of October to the spring certain attractions such as dwarf park and similar are closed.
5 minutes walk to the forest. Ideal for summer and winter holidays. Waterfall, show moun- tain, dwarf park, ski lift, summer funicular and swimming pool 6 km, the Wartburg in Eisenach 30 km, Fachwerkstadt Schmalkalden 10 km. Heart spa Bad Liebenstein 6 km. The ski lift can be reached by car in 5 minutes, on foot in 15 minutes. At the ski lift also various groomed cross-country ski runs start and there is a toboggan slope. Only 4 minutes walk from the apartment are slopes that are suitable for tobogganing.
