After extensive renovation work in 2016, the apartment was furnished in a completely new and high quality in cooperation with an interior architect from Coburg.
The centerpiece is the ground floor with a large and bright living room with sofa and spacious dining area. Furthermore there is a new and modern fully equipped kitchen with small dining area and a guest WC on this floor.
The upper floor accommodates the bedroom and a large and bright daylight bathroom with tub and separate shower. There is also another room, which can be used as a guest room.
In addition to a large storage area, the cellar has its own fitness room, which is available for use, just like the existing laundry room.
The house is completely surrounded by a large and wonderful garden. On request, a part of the garden plus a separate small terrace is at your disposal. Internet and TV are included in our price, as are all additional costs.
A caport is also available as a bookable option.
Surroundings:
The building was built in 1998 and is located in a new building at the end of a street in Coburg-Beiersdorf. Within 5 minutes you can reach the Callenberger Forst with Callenberg Castle or the recreation area “Am Goldbergsee”, which invites you to sport activities (jogging, walking or cycling). The Coburg Golf Club in Tambach is located about 10 km away.
The favorable traffic connections allows it to be within 10 minutes at the Coburg station or in the inner city despite the rural location. The motorway connection is also available in a short time. A quaint guest house and bakery are within walking distance in the center.
