Tina’s house is a bright and modern, but cozy cottage. Large windows allow as much light into the house. This house has 3 bedrooms and a loggia with another 2 extra beds (for children) and a really nice view. It is very well suited for 6 persons (+2 kids) and an infant in a cot. The lake is within sight. Garden and playground are located right outside the door. And there are other ways to play in the holiday village available.
A high-quality equipment is located. In the living room a cozy relaxing couch in the upstairs loggia is another. The kitchen is open onto living room. One bathroom has a sauna.
Outside there is a garden, a terrace and a balcony facing south.
The house is located in a quiet, small, closed resort. Only some of the houses are rented by their respective owners. The beach with lawn and jetty is only about 200 meters from the house.
In the spacious kitchen there is a very large table where find all guests comfortably – if necessary it can be even extended. The kitchen is open to the cozy living room. You’ll also find a fireplace, so that cooler evenings are warm very quickly. The floor is tiled and equipped here quality throughout the house with underfloor heating.
