Pets are welcome by arrangement and included in the price – for the safety of quadrupeds the garden plot is completely fenced.

You also have the option of 10 bikes, table tennis and a rowing boat on the lake Neuenkirchener to use free of charge.
The house is divided into a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, three bedrooms, a guest toilet and a utility room, all rooms are equipped with new furniture and modern appliances.
The dining room opens onto a spacious terrace (55m²). From here you can enjoy a wonderful view over fields, meadows and forests. It comes with BBQ fireplace and a sofa for social hours. A small stone staircase leads to the garden with old fruit trees whose 500sqm large lawn and sports activities provides plenty of room.
