You are greeted by a spacious, open living area with comfortable sofa, heatable fireplace, 40 ‘TV (cable channels), compact music system with CD, piano and dining table for six people. In front of the living room you will find a covered porch that sprawls along the golden bedroom. It is equipped with a wicker chair set.
In addition to the dining room you will find the modern kitchen (2014) with a large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob with extractor hood and oven, sink, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery and all necessary utensils. Opposite we have a breakfast bar attached with coffee maker, Bodum French press, kettle and toaster.
Adjoining the living room is the golden bedroom with heatable, historic tiled stove, a large double bed, wardrobe and work desk (for emergency only ;-)). Of course we provide you with wireless internet access.
Next door lies the red bedroom with two single beds, which can easily be changed into double bed, and a wardrobe.
Opposite the golden bedroom you enter the fashionable design bathroom with double sink, walk-in, extra large shower, toilet and urinal. Radio, hair dryer and towels are naturally part of the comfort features.
Behind the last door in the bright hallway you find the wardrobe and a washing machine. If you have prepared yourselves for outside, you can expect the first 1400 square meter property. Several benches in the garden invite you to relax depending on the position of the sun. One stands in front of the carriage house, in which we hold bikes ready for you. In front of the coach house, the yard is spreading in whose center we have planted a sycamore tree. You are very welcome to park your car in the yard.
If you want to leave home and garden, we provide you with a great number of information leaflets for possible trips. Steam ships, ‘Blue Wonder’, funicular and suspension railways in Loschwitz, cinema, parks, restaurants and shops for daily needs are within easy walking distance. The cycling path along the river Elbe is only 300 meters away. And if you prefer to go to the city center, the tram conveniently takes you there. The stop is only 200 meters away.
