The house is one of the oldest houses in Dresden Loschwitz and was built 1808. The apartment is centrally located and offers high comfort. , The large terrace and the garden invite you to linger and relax. By public transport, but also by car or bike you can reach the Schillerplatz (5 min), the Dresden city center (15-20 min) or the surrounding Dresden region quickly and easily. Strolling along the Elbe and along the river Elbe will allow you to relax.
Family friendly – but right!: The apartment offers spacious space for 2 to 5 (6) persons. Two separate bedrooms, separate bathroom, storage areas and a spacious living / dining room create ideal conditions for a relaxing time. All surfaces are good wiping, all textile furniture (sofa etc) have washable covers. Electronics or dangerous things are except for microcomputer range. If desired, we will gladly provide a children’s library, duplo collection collection or Disney films.
This apartment has been newly built and has been ready for rental since June 2017.
There is also a second apartment in the house, so that you can sleep up to 12 people at the same time.
