The Eifel Holiday Park lies amidst a natural volcanic environment containing vast forests and charming valleys, at the intersection point of three countries: Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg. There is a swimming pool at the holiday park plus extensive facilities nearby at Aquafun, a swimming paradise with an indoor pool, wave pool, Hydro Tube, outdoor pool, infant and kiddie pool plus a citizen’s express. You will find opportunities for climbing at the indoor playground of Kids World (brand new 800 m² child’s paradise [0-12 years of age]; guests of the park receive free admission). Kids are truly king here! The holiday park is car-free, so the little ones can play carefree. The restaurant even has children’s furniture so your kids will feel at home. But the Eifel is not only a vacation paradise for children. The Eifel is a sports paradise for both young and old with its many hiking and cycling trails. You can also discover Europe’s largest Nordic fitness park or pamper yourself at the Spa with its Turkish bath, sauna, whirlpool, solarium, massage service and indoor pool.
This detached villa can accommodate up to 4 persons and has a total (residential) area of approximately 77 square meters. This type villa offers everything necessary for a supremely comfortable holiday. The living room contains a sitting area, a dining area and a new TV with SCART connections for DVD player / Playstation / X-box. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, microwave and coffee maker plus complete dinnerware for the stated number of guests. The cottage also comes with a highchair and baby bed as standard. There are two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Through the open doors in the living room you can access the garden terrace complete with outdoor furniture.

The rental price includes the following: (includes: apartment, hotel apartment, hotel room, hotel suite, houseboat and / or tree house): access to the Aqua Mundo (excluding sauna, Turkish bath, water jet, quick tanner, solarium and Flow Rider); VAT according to the guidelines of the VAT authorities of the country of destination; final cleaning and energy costs; use of the television (with Movie Channel). Not included in the price: tax and charges, booking fees. In the (final) cleaning the following are not included: washing-up of dishware, taking off bed linen and collection of any rented linens and towels, throwing waste into the garbage and disposing of it in the appropriate container. All Inclusive bookings are subject to different conditions. The prices of the Original Comfort Cottages and Eden Comfort Cottages exclude the compulsory quilt cover sets. The quilt cover sets are charged at the rate of € 8.00 per person. The fee for a pet is € 24.50 per pet per week and € 16.50 per midweek – weekend (Pets are not allowed in the hotel or in the apartments).

– 20% discount if at least one child is younger than 12 years old upon arrival or at least one person is older than 55 upon arrival. This discount is not valid during the holiday seasons.

Arrival and departure
Upon arrival at the Holiday house, you must present your confirmation document, at which time you will receive an entry card and welcome package. You may enter your Holiday house after 3 pm. On the day of your departure, you must vacate the Holiday house before 10 am, so as to facilitate the cleaning of your Holiday house.
You can still use the facilities of the park on the departure day, unless the park will be closed.
