The seaside resort Dorum Neufeld, with its landmark “Lighthouse Obereversand”, the present-day new dike, beach and fishing port, are in direct air line 1 km away.
Nature lovers, beach lovers and “water rats” can feel comfortable here, but the area is also ideal for cycling, walking and “driving around”. No matter what the weather!
The apartment itself is located on the ground floor of the house. It has a combined living and dining room with kitchen, a separate bedroom with large double bed, bathroom with shower and a small storage room. Even in bad weather, it can be really cozy here.
