Here is the description for our very popular
70m² large apartment SOLEA. The is located upstairs of a 2-family house. There you have the entire upper floor. The rooms are decorated our apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom is equipped since 2014, with an electrically adjustable box spring bed and laminate. In the nursery is ready bunk beds. Our accommodation we have with many small details that leave a pleasant impression. For the kids we have prepared a selection of toys in the apartment. A playpen safety gates are available. After consultation, we provide you with a travel cot and high chair available. Furthermore, board games and reading available for large and small. From the living and dining room, we guarantee an unobstructed view into the distance. On the loggia you can end your relaxing vacation. For cooler days, our stove provides the same for more comfort in the home. In front of the house there is a public playground. Those arriving by car there is a parking space at the house. A garaging for bikes is available on request. If you arrive by train, we can arrange a transfer to the apartment.

From May – approx. 15 seconds September is available on the beach area, a beach chair free of charge. The resort tax is compulsory and shall be charged extra on the owner. The visitor’s card will cost in the high season per night for adults 3.40 per euro and for children from 7 years 1,80 €. In low season, per night for adults and € 2.00 each for children from 7 years 1,50 €. The entrance to the beach and swimming pool is thus released in the HIGH SEASON. In some institutions discounted entrance fees apply.
