The house (125 m²) over 2 floors for 4 to 5 persons is in a quiet holiday home area. The beach is only 4 minutes. In the basement there are 1 large living-dining room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 guest toilet, 1 shower room with washing machine. Upstairs you will find 1 master bedroom, 2 children and 1 large bathroom with corner bath and shower. The outdoor area features a large terrace with garden furniture, parasol, BBQ, beach chair and attached sunbathing area.

The large living room with dining area is fully furnished u. a. with satellite TV, stereo. The kitchen offers all the comfort with ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker, water and egg cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are available for 12 people.

On the lawn, the children can play to their hearts’ content. The Big terrace with seating invites you to linger in good company. A grill for a small barbecue is also available. Car parking is available on site.
