Dollnstein is a market town in the west of the Upper Bavarian municipality of Eichstätt, approx. 70 km south of Nuremburg, and is located in the Altmühltal nature reserve where the Altmühl and ancient Danube river vallies intersect. Breitenfurt is located in the southern Fraconian Jura on the valley floor of the Altmühl between Upper Eichstätt and Dollnstein, about three kilometres away from Dollnstein. The Mühlberg on the left and the Gampelberg and Schneiderberg on the right form a mountain border around the town. The Altmühltal cycling path travels along the western edge of the village. This cosily furnished apartment is located here, in the district of Breitenfurt, and is perfect for couples or a family with children. The apartment has a separate entrance with private terrace and small garden with garden furniture. The house is located in slight slope with a beautiful view of the forest and meadows. There is a playground just 200 m away. Around Dollnstein there are numerous hiking and cycling trails as well as many possibilities for excursions: Munich (110 km), Ingolstadt (35 km), Augsburg (75 km) and Eichstätt with its castles and palaces (10 km).
