The semi-detached house is part of a former farmhouse that has been completely renovated and is located in a densely forested area 2 km away from Weißenburg. A large park-like garden is also available for sunbathing as well as garden furniture and and a barbecue. The garden offers multiple seating areas, sculptures and a Kneipp basin. Hiking and nature enthusiasts will find a multitude of signed hiking trails and can travel through Roman history along the Limes UNESCO World Heritage Site. Other possible excursions include: Nuremberg and Ingolstadt, Wülzburg fortress from the Hohenzollern dynasty.
