Small, cozy and sunny apartment in a beautiful half-timbered house in Schaafhausen. Behind the house is a large, wild property that invites you to linger. The rural surroundings are ideal for excursions and especially for bicycle tours. The beautiful city Dannenberg is about 3 km away and has all the shops (bakery, supermarket, …).

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a private bathroom and a small kitchen and can be accessed via a separate entrance to the house.
Location:
Our house is rural and at the same time centrally located on the B248. It lies in the middle of two interesting natural landscapes – the nature park Elbhöhen-Wendland and the Jeetzel lowland. The beautiful city Dannenberg is about three kilometers away and offers shopping not only architectural attractions, but also a wide cultural offer. Lake Thielenburg and the local indoor and outdoor pool invite you to linger. The old Jeetzel can be particularly well scouted by canoe. The surrounding area is ideal for bicycle tours, as well as for excursions by car. In addition to the typical Rundlingdörfern and museums (Rundlingsmuseum Lübeln, Bronze Age open-air museum Hitzacker, Forest Museum Naturum Göhrde) worthwhile, for example, trips to the Elbe or to the historic “Breeser reason” in the State Forest Göhrde. Here as well as throughout the Wendland there are always interesting guided tours and cultural activities.

From Hamburg you can take the train (metronome) via Lüneburg (once via the car park to the station West) and change there in the Erixx to Dannenberg Ost. The ticket to here is included in the Hvv tariff. From the train station Dannenberg Ost is about 4 km to us, which you can also go well with the bike, if you have it in the train.
