Our apartments are located in the beautiful village of Damnatz, directly on the Elbe in the biosphere reserve Niedersächsische Elbtalaue. From here you can enjoy beautiful cycling or hiking tours or just enjoy nature, tranquility and a unique starry sky. Damnatz is located directly on the Elbe Cycle Route, about 15 km east of Hitzacker. It is 7 km to Dannenberg or Dömitz and the Rundlingsdörfer are about 20 km away.
Our apartments were completed in March 2018 and are located on an old Resthof with a sheep meadow and a stork’s nest. Incidentally, you can see the stork’s nest from almost every room. For beautiful summer days, each accommodation unit has outdoor seating.
150 meters away, you can enjoy regional cuisine in Hotel Restaurant Steinhagen. Zander, eel, Damnatzer pasture and other delicacies are waiting for you here. We also offer you a daily breakfast buffet for 8.50 Euro per person.
For your bicycles and your car we can have a closed garage.

The apartment on the ground floor is spacious. It has a kitchen with hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and is fully equipped.
The dining room can accommodate up to four people, here is a stereo with CD player, radio, Bluetooth and NFC available. The large living room has a flat screen TV, a large couch that can also be used as a sofa bed. You will also find board and card games.
The bathroom is equipped with a large Indoordusche, toilet, hair dryer and make-up mirror. The bedroom has a 180x200m double bed and a wardrobe.
There is also free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
