This property is modern and cozy two floors. The kitchen is new and has everything needed for common cooking. The large living, dining and kitchen area leaves much space for relaxing hours.
A bathroom with shower is located downstairs.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with two beds. In two rooms two comfortable reclining seats are available in the third room there is space for the cot.
On this floor a guest is – WC with washing machine.
Unfortunately, there is no direct access to the large enclosed garden / terrace, they have a couple of meters to the house.
The apartment can accommodate 7 people plus toddler, high chair and stair gate available.
In the house there is a second apartment for 6 adults and an infant
